Terms and Conditions
1.0 PROFESSIONALS WORKING WITH CHILDCAREIBIZA.COM
1.1 Childcareibiza.com guarantees that all the professionals working with them have provided evidence of appropriate qualifications (minimum Level 2 CASHE certificate in childcare or equivalent) and have a Criminal Record Bureau enhanced disclosure check or equivalent. All references are thoroughly checked.
1.2 All the professionals sign to agree to work within childcareibiza.com’s policies and procedures. Whilst childcareibiza.com makes every effort to ensure that the professionals they work with have all the necessary experience and qualifications to provide a secure, caring and educational environment for the children under their supervision, each professional takes full responsibility for the children in their care once the session commences.
1.3 Childcareibiza.com is not responsible for any incidents or accidents that occur during the sessions however will provide any assistance or help needed by the professionals to ensure the well-being of the children in their care.
1.4 The care provided by childcareibiza.com professionals takes place in the home or holiday accommodation of the child. The professionals will not take the child of the premises without the express permission of the parents/carers.
2. 0 DEFINITIONS
The following terms shall have the following meanings;
2. 1 'Package': the overall type of service and care you wish for your child or children.
2. 2 'Session': the individual period of care for you child or children.
2. 3 'Booking': The confirmed booking in accordance with the detailed terms and conditions as contained here, subsequent to payment of a 15% deposit and confirmed in writing by childcareibiza.com.
2. 4 'Customer': the person or persons making a booking as named in the Booking Form.
2. 5 'Childcare professional': the person appointed by childcareibiza.com to provide the care for your child or children.
2.6 'Deposit': The deposit payable to confirm a booking.
2.7 'Total Cost': the full amount payable by the customer to childcareibiza.com prior to the commencement of the first session.
2.8 'Booking Confirmation': the documents that are supplied by childcareIbiza.com by email that refer to the package(s) booked.
2.9 'Nanny service': childcare and entertainment through the day and night. Basic food preparation and the tidying of areas used by the professional and the children in their care during the sessions are included in the service. Laundry and additional housework may be negotiated at an additional cost. Living conditions, work load and expectations will be agreed before the booking commences.
3.0 HEALTH AND SAFETY, TREATMENT TOWARDS STAFF and INSURANCE
3.1 The safety, well being and care of both children and staff is of paramount importance to childcareibiza.com. All parents/carers must ensure a safe environment for the childcare to take place in prior to the commencement of any session. Childcareibiza.com accepts no responsibility for the suitability of the chosen venue, however if we deem the venue to be unsafe, we reserve the right to terminate the booking.
3.2 We operate a zero tolerance policy regarding abuse towards out childcare professionals. We will not tolerate abuse or harassment on any grounds any time. If a childcare professional raises such a complaint with us, we will investigate further and take appropriate action.
3.3 Either adequate food and drink must be supplied for the professional by the client for any session over 4 hours, or regular breaks, away from the children with no additional tasks must be provided and agreed at the time of booking.
3.4 Adequate sleeping arrangements must be provided for all overnight sessions or nanny services. This should be agreed at the time of booking. Failure to provide adequate provisions for the professional may result in the termination of the booking with no refund.
3.5 Any milk, food or drinks for the child must be provided by the parents/carers and any preparation required will be done following the direction of the parent/carers and in accordance with basic food hygiene guidelines.
3.6 It is the duty of all Customers including members of his/her group to take reasonable care of their health and safety and that of other persons who may be affected by their acts or omissions and to co-operate with childcareibiza.com so far as is necessary to perform or comply with any requirement imposed by any relevant safety rules regulations and law.
3.7 High factor suncream and a hat MUST be provided by the parents/carers of every child during day time sessions between April and October. Parents/carers must also agree for childcareibiza.com professionals to apply suncream to children who are too young to do this on their own and to supervise the application by older children during day time sessions. This is in accordance childcareibiza.com’s Sun Protection Policy.
4.0 SECURITY AND VALUABLES
4.1 The Customer and each member of his group shall take proper care of their valuables and accommodation equipment and facilities. Childcareibiza.com accepts no responsibility for goods or valuables damaged during the delivery of our services. Valuable items should be locked away in a safe place.
4.2 Childcareibiza.com cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage however occasioned to the personal property, possessions or valuables of the Customer or any member of his group. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure that he and each member of his group have adequate insurance cover in respect of their personal property.
5.0 PACKAGES, BOOKING AND PRICES
5.1 A full breakdown of packages available is here.
5.2 The customer may request to book any combination of packages. Bookings must be made using the Booking Form.
5.3 For Package A, a total of any 5 (five) AM or PM sessions may be utilised over the course of 2 weeks. 2 evening sessions may also be used as part of the 5 sessions available in total.
5.4 For Package B, a total of any 10 (ten) AM or PM sessions may be utilised over the course of 2 weeks. 4 evening sessions may also be used as part of the 10 sessions available in total.
5.5 For Package C, a total of 5 (five) full days may be utilised over the course of 1 week. 2 evening sessions may also be used as part of the package, in place of 2 AM or PM sessions or one full day.
5.6 Only the Customer and child or children stated in the Booking Form may occupy the package(s) booked. Childcareibiza.com will require full identification of all parents/carers prior to the commencement of any session. These documents may be presented at any time prior to the session.
5.7 Childcareibiza.com reserves the absolute right at its sole discretion to terminate any package or session for the Customer or any member of his group in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions, upon being provided verbal or written notice to this effect and childcareIbiza.com shall not accept any consequential liability damages or loss occasioned thereby.
6.0 CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
6.1 All booking requests received via a Booking Form will be responded to by childcareibiza.com via email within 48 hours of receipt.
6.2 It is the Customers sole responsibility to check the Booking Response and ensure that the particulars contained therein are correct.
6.3 Upon receipt of the Booking Response, the customer has 7 days to comply with the requirements of the booking and pay the requested deposit (between 15% and 20%), otherwise the booking will not be guaranteed.
6.4 Childcareibiza.com will, on receipt of the requested deposit within 7 days, guarantee the booking and the Booking Confirmation shall form a binding enforceable Contract between the Parties.
7.0 PAYMENT
7.1 Payment of 15% to 20% deposit is required to confirm booking. This must be made within 7 days of receipt of Booking Confirmation Email.
7. 2 The total balance of fees is required to be paid before the commencement of the first session. This payment may be made in full or part in advance of this first session. Alternatively, the total fees payable may be paid in cash prior to the first session taking place. Should the total fees payable not be paid prior to the first session, childcareibiza.com reserves the right to cancel the contract immediately.
7. 3 Payment may be made using one of these methods of payment.
7. 4 In the event of cancellation for whatever reason, childcareibiza.com may levy and the Customer shall forthwith pay a cancellation fee for such cancellation. Calculated as follows for cancellation occurring:
8 weeks or more before first session - no charge
between 2 and 8 weeks before first session - 20% of the full price
Less than 14 days before first session - 80% of the full price
7.5 Should a parent/carer return excessively late to a session, then we reserve the right to request payment for the time of the professional. Excessive should be deemed as anything longer than 20 minutes.
8.0 COMPLAINTS
8.1 In the event of a customer having any reasonable proper complaint, please contact us immediately.
9.0 FORCE MAJEURE
9.1 Childcareibiza.com shall not be liable for any failure in the performance of any of its obligations under any written Booking Form or the Terms and Conditions caused by any factor or factors beyond its control. This covers natural disasters or other 'Acts of God', war, or failure of third parties to perform their obligations to the contracting party.
10.0 CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY AND COPYRIGHT
10.1 We do not collect any information from you when you visit our site.
10.2 All parents/carers are required to provide information about their child to ensure that the child can be cared for and entertained at the highest level. This information will be stored in accordance with childcareibiza.com’s confidentiality policy.
10.2 Any information provided by you to us in the process of booking will be treated in the strictest confidence. This data will be used only by ourselves. Childcareibiza.com will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.
10.3 The information on this site is solely the property of childcareibiza.com and as such may not be replicated in any format without childcareibiza.com's prior permission. All rights reserved.

website for any purpose prohibited by the Terms and Conditions or for any unlawful purpose.
11.3.(2) will only access and use the website for his own personal non-commercial use.

11.3.(4) the user is 18 years of age or older
11.3.(5) has legal authority to use the website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
11.3.(6) agrees to be entirely financially responsible for all charges fees and other
sum(s) whatsoever arising from use of the website.
11.4 Childcareibiza.com accepts no responsibility for keeping the website up to date and will not be liable for any loss occasioned by it's failure to do so.
11.5 Childcareibiza.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the user as a direct or indirect consequence of the user relying on any inaccurate fact or misstatement (fraudulent misrepresentation excluded) made or provided by the childcareibiza.com on it's website.
11.6 Childcareibiza.com cannot warrant that its website or any link is free from any computer virus or other malicious or impaired computer programmes and the user enters childcareibiza.com's website entirely at his/her own risk.
