We provide our services wherever you reside whilst in Ibiza. This means we regularly provide child care and babysitting in hotels, holiday apartments and rented villas. As many of our customers are island residents, we also travel all over Ibiza to secluded villas and private homes. We also provide childcare at special events such as weddings, exhibitions/shows, children's parties and other parties to celebrate any occasion.
Where in Ibiza do you provide babysitting services?
We cover the entire island of Ibiza, there are no areas we are not willing to provide our child care services. Our professional staff are located all over the island.
None of the sessions or packages fit with what I want, what shall I do?
The sessions and packages on the pricing page are simply a guide so that you can see how much the services you want will cost. Contact us and we'll be happy to arrange a flexible plan to meet whatever you need is.
Why do I have to pay a 15% to 20% deposit?
When bookings are made we are committing the time of childcare professionals. Therefore, we have to be sure that all bookings are genuine.
What happens if I return late after a session?
Don't do it! If you are going to be late, then you must phone us to explain why and when you are expecting to return. Whilst we don't adopt the standard policy of issuing fines for every minute you return late, we reserve the right to charge for an additional payment for the professionals time.
What happens if I cancel my booking?
Please read our Terms and Conditions for our cancellation policy.
What is a CRB check?
CRB is the abbreviation for a Criminal Records Bureau enhanced disclosure document, which is typically used to vet individuals that have regular contact with children or vulnerable adults. The information disclosed in the CRB check details any convictions, cautions, reprimands and final warnings the applicant has received, regardless of length of time since the incidents; together with details of whether that person is banned from working with children or vulnerable adults.
What is a Certificado de Antecedentes Penales?
This is the spanish equivalent of the CRB check. It works in exactly the same way as the UK CRB check and therefore provides details of any individual's previous criminal history. The Spanish Ministry of Justice deals with all applications.
