What we provideWe provide a caring and fun environment for your child and for you, peace of mind knowing that your child is with a professional with training and experience.Our childcare professionals have the qualifications and experience to be flexible in catering for your children's needs and, of course, to make it fun!The activities we provide are tailored to the individual age and developmental stage of the children.We aim for the same childcare professional to be with you for the entirety of your booking across all sessions. If this is not possible then we will discuss with you the option of altering one or more of the sessions or sending a different qualified professional for different sessions.

What we need from you

 Information regarding your child's routine at home (for example feeding times and sleep patterns), as soon as possible after making your booking. Information on what your child enjoys doing or what their favourite toys are, in order to help us plan appropriate activities. This information can be updated at any time before the first session if there are any changes you feel we need to know.Confirmation that you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.A pre-meeting and/or 30 minute settling in time before the first session, while you are present, so that your child is given the opportunity to get to know us. This time will also let you get to know us and discuss any more details you feel may be relevant.

Do I have to pay for this extra time? 
No, we can arrive 30 minutes before the session if you require or it can be part of the session itself.... it's your choice!
